Twitter

I read the notes to this module feeling very smug as I already have an account. Then I tried to get into said account...I eventually gave up having tried every possible combination of email addresses and passwords and created a new account. I am now Icandothis2009. I am now a friend of the Council which I thought was cool until I thought why can't the Library do this, are we not trusted to put politically correct information out there?

Another point that came to me was when I asked daughter (22 years old) if she was on Twitter or any of her friends and her reply was "no, what for?", are organisations (eg tv news programmes and Councils) and famous people the only ones who really use Twitter? More investigation on my part is required. Then again maybe daughtetr and friends are starting to become old.

am so impressed that you already had a twitter account. Don't see the need myself, but did create one for this exercise. Must add some things to it one day! Have fun!!!

I think the age of tweeters varies a lot. It seems to be used by slightly older people a bit more than those in their twenties or teens.
